Projects outsourced to RINF are managed according to well-defined lifecycles. Our clients can either define the particular development methodology that they would like to use or allow us to suggest the most effective methods.
We typically follow the general rules of Waterfall or Spiral and Iterative software development methodology. Our staff also has experience with Agile methodologies (ex. extreme programming) or Rational Unified Process.
Based on the ICT project involved, we typically recommend one of our traditional cooperation models. However, we are also open to to using custom project management methodologies or pricing models that our clients suggest.
While custom methodologies can enhance results, traditional models are usually less expensive due to the reduced risk associated with them. Here are our main cooperation models:
Fixed Budget pricing model is best suited for projects with detailed specification. Basing on thorough analysis of the entire project we develop exact plan with fixed cost and delivery date. This model proves itself best in case of fully predictable portions of code, hence it is not recommended in most of the projects, since they require an individual approach.
This is the model we typically work with. Both parties usually find this an equitable solution. It is mostly developed for long-term scalable projects, where the scope of work can change and total effort is very hard to predict or estimate.
In this model we provide your company with a dedicated team of specialists that work solely on your projects. Dedicated team members are completely devoted to your business objectives. They learn about your requirements and how to meet them in the most efficient way. The constitution of the team and the contract duration are totally up to you.
